Refund & Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw without giving reason. To exercise this right, email admin@ladoreclinic.cy with your order number.
2. Eligible returns
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return process
(a) Email us within 14 days. (b) Ship the product back to: L'Adore Clinic, Vasileos Konstantinou 26, Paphos, Cyprus. (c) Return shipping is paid by you. (d) We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
4. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.
6. Treatment cancellations
Treatment bookings: 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refund. Late cancellations may be charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
7. Non-refundable items
Gift cards, vouchers, and treatment packages already used are not refundable.
