1. Agreement
By using www.ladoreclinic.cy, booking treatments, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by L'Adore Clinic (as.venus.centre.LTD), Vasileos Konstantinou 26, Paphos, Cyprus.
2. Products and orders
All product prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In rare cases of stock or pricing errors, we will contact you before charging.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Shipping
We deliver across Cyprus within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Treatments and bookings
Treatment bookings are subject to our cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required to reschedule or cancel without charge. No-shows may be charged in full.
6. Health disclaimer
Aesthetic treatments are not medical procedures. Results vary by individual. Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies before any treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if contraindicated.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, brand names) belongs to L'Adore Clinic or its licensors. Do not reproduce without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or treatment in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in Cyprus courts.
