Our Alma Soprano ICE Platinum uses SHR technology with a cooling tip that continuously cools the skin during treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as a gentle warmth — far more comfortable than waxing or traditional laser.

How many sessions do I need?

Most clients achieve permanent reduction with 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart depending on the body area. Hair grows in cycles, so multiple sessions are needed to target all follicles during their active growth phase.

Is it safe for dark or tanned skin?

Yes. The Alma Soprano ICE Platinum is specifically designed to be safe for all skin tones — including darker complexions and lightly tanned skin. Our therapists assess your skin before every session to ensure the correct settings are used.

Is there any downtime after the treatment?

No downtime at all. You can return to work, exercise, and daily activities immediately after your session. We recommend avoiding sun exposure and applying SPF for 48 hours post-treatment.

When will I start seeing results?

Many clients notice reduced regrowth after their first session. Significant results typically appear from session 3 onwards, with optimal permanent reduction achieved after the full recommended course.

Can I have laser treatment while pregnant?

We do not recommend laser hair removal during pregnancy as a precaution, even though no harm has been demonstrated. We suggest waiting until after your pregnancy to begin or resume your treatment course.
