Refund Policy
At L’adore Beauty Clinic, we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Service-Based Treatments
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments, including but not limited to facials, laser servicesor other aesthetic procedures. All services are provided by qualified professionals, and results may vary from person to person. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing your concerns and will do our best to find a suitable resolution, which may include retreatment or a service credit at our discretion.
2. Prepaid Packages / Courses
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person upon written request and clinic approval.
• If you are medically unable to continue with your treatment plan, we may offer a partial refund for unused sessions upon presentation of valid medical documentation.
3. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend without notice will incur a cancellation fee or may result in loss of the session if part of a package.
• Refunds are not provided for missed appointments.
4. Product Returns
• Products purchased in-clinic or through our website may be returned within 7 days, only if unopened, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations, as we must ensure the protection of all our clients when it comes to skincare and personal care items. Exceptions can only be made if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon purchase or delivery. In such cases, customers must notify us within 7 days, providing proof of purchase and, if applicable, photographic evidence. Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Please note that a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product's performance does not qualify for a return if the product has been opened or used.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
5. Gift Cards & Vouchers
• All gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• They must be used before the expiration date and are only valid for services or products offered by L’adore Beauty Clinic.
