1. General Information
L’adore Beauty Clinic ("we," "our," or "us") provides beauty, skincare, and wellness services to clients in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
2. Appointments & Bookings
• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is successfully scheduled.
• Some of our services are strictly available only to clients aged 18 and above, due to medical, legal, or safety considerations. For other treatments, minors under the age of 18 may be accepted only with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian. In all cases, L’adore Beauty Clinic reserves the right to assess the suitability of the requested service and may refuse to provide treatment if it is deemed inappropriate for the client’s age or condition.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or failure to show up for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of a prepaid session.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to a requirement for prepayment for future bookings.
4. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical and personal information prior to undergoing any treatment at L’adore Beauty Clinic. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing any known allergies, skin sensitivities, chronic medical conditions, medications (topical or systemic), recent surgeries, or other health-related concerns that may affect the safety or effectiveness of the treatment. It is essential that this information be communicated directly to your therapist during consultation or prior to each session. Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of adverse reactions or complications, for which the clinic cannot be held liable. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or modify any treatment if we determine that proceeding may pose a health risk or is contraindicated based on the information provided or observed during consultation.
5. Results Disclaimer
While our practitioners are trained professionals committed to delivering high-quality treatments using reputable methods and products, individual results may vary depending on a range of factors, including skin type, lifestyle, age, pre-existing conditions, and how consistently aftercare instructions are followed. For this reason, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Dissatisfaction with the visible or perceived results of a service, including lack of expected improvement, does not constitute grounds for a refund. Our team will always aim to advise you honestly and manage expectations during consultation, and we encourage open communication before and after your session to ensure the most appropriate care is given.
6. Payments & Refunds
• Payments are due at the time of service, unless pre-paid or otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash as well as major debit and credit cards.
• For refunds and returns, please refer to our Refund Policy.
7. Gift Cards & Packages
• Gift cards and treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
• Packages must be used within the stated validity period.

You confirm that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions, understand the nature of the treatment, and are proceeding voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to release L’adore Beauty Clinic and its staff from any liability for outcomes that fall within the scope of normal risk or individual variability of results.
